Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist
Past Life Regression Therapist
Weight Management (Gastric Band) Consultant
I am the founder of Kensington Hypnotherapy with practices located at Kensington Olympia, Notting Hill and Holborn.
I use the philosophy and tools of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) combined with hypnotherapeutic techniques, EFT and EMDR to help clients change their minds and become the best they can. According to Kirsch et al. 1993 – the average client receiving CBH was 80% more effective than those using CBT without hypnotherapy. CBT and hypnosis have both been scientifically proven to work; this is the reason why the NHS endorses CBT as well as hypnosis.

The GHSC and GRH are the UK’s largest and most prominent organisations within the field of Hypnotherapy. They represent an exemplary model for the protection of the public and the provision of practitioner credibility and services. This means I am a professional and ethical practitioner who is supervised by these organisations and adhere to their principles and guidelines, including their Codes of Conduct and Ethics.
As an advocate of continual, personal development, I regularly invest in study and attend training courses in order to learn up-to-date techniques and unique insights that are of benefit to myself and my clients. My approach is to teach you CBT problem solving skills and self-hypnosis so that you can learn to become your own therapist and bring about the changes you require.
Clients have found that sharing their concerns and difficulties with a warm, supportive and empathetic therapist has been hugely beneficial. It has helped them feel safe and therefore better able to explore their issues, while working towards a better understanding of the cause of their distress and its resolution within a therapeutic relationship.
